A health instructor should come from a leading institute of physical education and also he should be certified for working as a fitness expert. If he isn’t certified then he isn’t an expert and he shouldn’t practice as a health trainer.

If you are health conscious person and you want to maintain your fitness by exercising then you should first know how to select your coach. For instance, you can’t rely on a gym owner, if he hasn’t taken physical education. Opening a gym or a health center doesn’t make one an expert.
